They have OEM Samsung parts so I wasn't worried about the quality of products used. I was very well taken care of. Everyone is super polite and talkative. Great experience over all and will be back in the future if I need a service again.

JReed helped me pick out a new battery for my boat. When looking for a new battery I was looking at cold cranking amps. When JReed asked what the battery would be used for he explained that for my application cold cranking amps are not necessary as I'm only using it for my trolling motor and fish locator. He explained what cold cranking amps are and we picked out a battery for my needs. I was the guy going to skip Batteries plus because I always assume I can find a better battery cheaper elsewhere. Well, I spent way less than expected and gained some valuable knowledge on what my boat needs. Now I can get back to marking fish with my boys. In this day in age I respect good customer service. Easy way to get keys cut. Having the account access to ensure you're never locked out doesn't hurt. Machines where I was need a little maintaining, but it's a minor gripe.
